Tots 4 Soccer Taking Enrolments For Term 4
Soccer 4 Tots is currently taking enrolments for Term 4.
Participating in active sports helps children to develop confidence and gain social and sportsmanship skills, and the earlier they get to learning those skills the better.
Back in 2015, soccer enthusiast Max Andreotti took his passion and skills for the sport and launched Soccer 4 Tots which is currently taking enrolments for Term 4 classes.
The program is designed for children between the ages of 3 and 5 to learn and develop the fundamentals of soccer in a positive, fun and friendly environment.
Classes are held at Winmalee Tennis Centre on Saturdays from 9 am to 10 am or 10.15 am to 11:15 am for a ten-week block.
Once children reach 6 years of age they can transition to football skill development with the One Goal Futbol Academy Development Program, a higher intensity program held at Lomattia Park on Friday afternoons from 4 pm.
Coach Max has played football abroad in Italy for Fiumicino.
He has also trained with AS ROMA Primavera and played in the nPL for Northern Spirit and Apia Leichardt.
He has coached numerous football teams in a variety of age divisions.
Coach Max said he was committed to and focused on developing children at a young age, but it was important to bring fun into all the classes.
“Further to developing children’s skills through soccer themed activities, we also incorporate an educational environment by using colours, shapes and number identification throughout out program,” Coach Max said.
“Active sport participation helps to develop children’s confidence, social and sportsmanship skills.
“It also improves and enhances motor and co-ordination skills.
“Our classes are outdoors to encourage outdoor play.”
All staff hold a current Working With Children Check.
