The Australiana Pioneer Village Hosts Teddy Bears Picnic

Take your teddy bear for his annual nurse health check at the Australiana Pioneer Village on Sunday.
If your children haven’t informed you yet, their teddy bears and other toys want to go to the Australiana Pioneer Village for the Teddy Bears Picnic on Sunday.
They don’t get out often, but when teddy bears do, they take the fun to the next level.
The kids can take their teddies for a special visit to the honey shop and all the other village stores.
Pack a picnic lunch to eat on the grounds, use one of the available barbecues free of charge or dine at Oxboro Inn or The Damper Camp.
There are special Teddy Bear Picnic-themed crafts from 10 am to 12:30 pm, including dressing a bear and getting an annual nurse health check for your teddy bear.
Join the rest of the teddy bears and their kids in front of the stage from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm for some singing and dancing.
There will even be a fun race.
There is free parking inside the Village, but dogs are not allowed.
The big teddy bear picnic day out will cost $5 for children, carers and seniors and $10 for adults.
There is also a family pass for $25 for two adults and two children.
Along with all the fun on offer, there are train or tractor hay rides, costing $2, $3 or $5 and dress-ups for $5 per person.
