Short and Sweet, from Thursday, April 4 to Sunday, April 7 features the latest instalment of great new short plays - in delicious 20-minute bites.

Synthetic, written and directed by St Larkman, is a futuristic thriller set in a fourth-generation artificial intelligence laboratory, where things go badly off track.

Jessica Tremblay, David Eisenhauer and Scarlett Brukmann staff or Synthetic Stories Theatre, a product of the 2021 Darlo Drama acting course.

Dream Wedding, written by Madeline Oliver and Kylie Thompson, follows a delusional teen influencer on the way to what she imagines is a modelling gig.

Ursula Dauenhauer directs Stephanie Latin and Garreth Cruikshank.

Award-winning Suzy Wilds’ Jump is a tale of tragedy and revenge.

Alice’s son was killed in a car accident and now she’s up on a roof, eye-to-eye with the killer.

Josefin Glaadh directs Elle Dawe, Jaro Murany and Harlee Timms. With original music from Vincent’s Parfitt.

Alison and Doug meet Grandma’s solicitor Mr Darling in The Reading Of The Will.
