Jacaranda Development

The Glossodia Community Centre hosted the Hawkesbury City Council’s information session last Friday, to discuss ‘The Jacaranda Development’. The planning proposal for the construction and development of 185.3 hectares of land in Glossodia.

The project proposal consists of building 580 new residential lots, building new community facilities, upgrading existing surrounding roads, and conserving surrounding bushland. The Council is welcoming residents to attend information sessions regarding the proposed development.

A survey is available for residents to share their views on the development and the priorities of the proposal regarding potential community facilities, parks, sporting facilities and roadworks.

Email any ideas, thoughts or concerns to Council by Sunday, March 28. All submissions will be taken into consideration at future Council meetings.
