Oasis Aquatic & Leisure Centre Receives A Significant Upgrade

The Oasis Aquatic and Leisure Centre is set to receive a significant upgrade to expand upon the current amenities thanks to funding from WestInvest.

The upgrade will include better amenities for patrons, including:

• A children’s splash park;
• A new shallow-depth program pool for learn-to-swim and seniors programs, including an accessibility ramp and hydrotherapy;
• An extended group fitness room with a climbing wall facility;
• Additional school-age program amenities;
• A new covered deck to connect changerooms to the outdoor cafe;
• Touchpads at the end of the main pool;
• Extended child minding areas;
• Additional car parking to cater for large events; and
• An outdoor gym.

The project is one of nine WestInvest projects worth close to $98 million that will be built in Hawkesbury.
