Newest Dachshund Festival Promises A Tail-Waggin’ Good Time

After tremendous success in Sydney and Newcastle, the Newest Dachshund Festival is coming to Penrith Paceway on July 28 from 10 am to 3 pm.

Entry is just $2 per person payable on booking.

All wiener dogs and Dachshund owners are invited to register in the Dachshund competitions, including:

• The Dachshund Derby - ten races, with all winners competing for the grand final, where there can be only one faster wiener dog on the day;

• The Adorable Cutest Dachshund;

• The Heart-Melting Dachshund Puppy;

• The Strike a Paws Fancy Dress, and many more.

Be part of the Biggest Dachshund photoshoot at 11:30 am and capture an unforgettable moment with your furry friends.

There will be plenty of fun-filled activities for the children on the day, including face painting.

A snow zone has been added to the festivities in a nod to celebrating Christmas in July.

Dachshund market and doggie stalls enthusiasts will be onsite showcasing their products.

There will be delicious treats or snacks to satisfy both humans and animals.

Winners will receive prizes on the day thanks to prize sponsors.
