My name is Jess and I love all things small business, especially social media marketing.

I grew up working in a family business and have always enjoyed helping other businesses grow and succeed.

I’ve also done lots of study to compliment my experience and I’m a qualified business services trainer and assessor. These days, I’m all about helping business owners through my services, online community and store. I am a business service trainer and assessor covering qualifications such as Diploma of Social Media Marketing, Diploma of Leadership and Management and Diploma of Business to name a few.

I offer business and marketing consulting and ongoing mentoring options. Growing up in a small family business, I developed a passion for learning and business very early in life.
