Hawkesbury Business Awards Are Back

Nominations for this year’s Hawkesbury Business Awards close at 5 pm on Monday, March 27.

That means you need to nominate your favourite business and those that run it this weekend.

Becky, from Hawkesbury Business Events, said the awards existed for the Hawkesbury business community to celebrate local businesses and bring them all together for an awesome night.

“In order to be nominated, a business must have a physical present in Hawkesbury (such as a warehouse, shopfront or factory), be a mobile or home business based operating from a place of residence in the Hawkesbury or have more than 50 per cent of their clientele from the Hawkesbury,” Becky said.

“We have a wide range of awards from agriculture to IT, plumbing, health and real estate and many more.

“On top of those is business of the year, business person of the year, and young business person of the year.

“The awards we love the most are resilience champion of the year and community outreach project/contribution of the year as these highlight the truly incredible generosity of the Hawkesbury business community.”

Once nominations are in and contemplated by judges, the Hawkesbury Business Awards night will be held on June 3 at Hawkesbury Raceclub at a price of $199 plus GST per person. Tickets will be available soon.
