Free Flood Waste Collection Closing Soon

Flood-affected residents are reminded to book their free flood waste collection by Thursday, June 30 by calling 4560 444 or via Council’s website.

The Hawkesbury City Waste Management Facility is open to all Hawkesbury community members from 8 am to 4 pm, seven days a week (excluding Public Holidays).

Residents dropping off flood waste should take proof of address with them.

Free collection and receipt of flood waste remain free until June 30 after which, a reduced fee will apply until August 31.

Full fees will apply after August 31. Standard charges apply for non-flood waste and properties that are not flood-affected.

The facility will not accept loads containing asbestos or other contaminated materials.
