Volunteers can be trained to assist and respond to events such as grass fires, bush fires, house fires, road accidents, floods, storms, searches and more, Joining the RFS requires no experience, and roles are not limited to emergency operations, opportunities are available ranging from administrative services, welfare support, catering and communications within the organisation.
