Celebrate An NBMLHD Superstar Who Goes Above And Beyond

Do you know a Nepean Blue Mountains Local Health District (NBMLHD) staff member or team who has delivered exceptional levels of care and made a positive impact to the health outcomes of you, your friends or family?

NBMLHD is hosting its annual “Together” staff recognition and Awards ceremonies in November 2024 and they want your nominations.

The “Above and Beyond Consumer Choice” award recognises the hard work and dedication of an NBMLHD individual staff member or team who:

Demonstrates exceptional commitment, professionalism and compassionate care to patients and consumers;

Delivers exceptional compassionate and professional service and support; and

Goes above and beyond.

The community can nominate an individual staff member or team from any of the NBMLHD’s facilities, including:

• Nepean Hospital;

• Blue Mountains/Springwood Hospital;

• Hawkesbury District Hospital;

• Lithgow Hospital/Portland Multi-purpose Service; and

Community and other services (Community Health Centres, Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol, Oral Health, Public Health).

A judging panel of NBMLHD staff and consumers will be convened to review nominations and select winners.

Nominations close on Friday, August 23.
