Adam Buchert Rebrands To Stone Real Estate

Real Estate agent Adam Buchert has rebranded to Stone Real Estate.

Mr Buchert has over 25 years of industry experience and is a passionate area local, having started his real estate career with Century 21 Windsor in the late 1990s.

He said the move came out of a desire to be part of a forward-thinking and vastly experienced network of franchises.

The median house price in the Hawkesbury LGA is $1,032,500, growing 37.66 per cent over the past two years.

Mr Buchert said there was a significant growth opportunity in the area thanks to the broad range of property types available.

“From two-bedroom units for $400,000 through to big homes on acres for $5 million, there really is something for everybody out here,” he said.

“Right now it’s the first-home buyers who are driving our market due to affordability and lifestyle, but they are closely followed by investors who are again looking for affordable investments with positive yields.”
